The country should strengthen top-level design, set industry standards, encourage multi-stakeholder involvement and accelerate to release the digital family doctor's potential for the building of a healthy China, Wang said in his proposals to the CPPCC National Committee.
Wang also proposed opening public data on the artificial intelligence industry to improve public service efficiency and people's well-being.
Moreover, Wang proposed tax reductions for private science and technology enterprises based on the commercialization of research findings, and expanding individual income tax preferential coverage to scientists and technicians who work at private enterprises.
