China opened its annual parliamentary session on Saturday, unveiling a five-year development blueprint and striving to handle pressing economic issues including environment issues.
Mr.Ragnar Baldursson, minister and counsellor at the Embassy of Iceland as foreign representatives attend the session in Beijing and shares his knowledge about low-carbon practices with China Daily.
