Being a 'bridge' of cultural exchange
Galib is a Bangladeshi teacher at Wuhan University of Technology. Having lived in China for more than 20 years, he has witnessed the rapid development of the country and developed an understanding of the community with a shared future for mankind and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
As an important partner in international cooperation under the BRI, Bangladesh has seen fruitful outcomes. For instance, Galib hails that the Padma Bridge of Bangladesh has greatly improved local development. And he also believes the BRI reflects the importance of cultural exchange and offers the world opportunities.
As a scholar who studies cross-cultural communication, Galib says he can act as a bridge to promote friendship and cultural exchanges between Bangladesh and China. "I will try my best to exert myself, I will not stop", he said firmly.
