China mulls amending NPC organic law, procedural rules

BEIJING - Chinese lawmakers began deliberating draft amendments to the organic law and procedural rules of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, on Friday at the NPC's annual session.
Wang Chen, vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, read explanatory documents on the drafts to deputies attending the fourth session of the 13th NPC.
