HK police can enter campuses, says barrister

It is very heartbreaking for the people of Hong Kong to see university campuses being vandalized and used as strongholds for radical protesters, Executive Councilor and barrister Ronny Tong Ka-wah said.
Tong told China Daily that law enforcement officers are empowered to enter all premises to maintain law and order. It's wrong to think that university campuses are off limits to police officers, he added.
