State Council appoints, removes officials

BEIJING - The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of several officials on Friday.
Zhang Jun and Zhang Hanhui were appointed assistant foreign ministers. Qian Hongshan is no longer assistant foreign minister.
Lyu Erxue was named deputy head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
Li Baodong is no longer vice foreign minister.
