Tsinghua University: gift book becoming a tradition
Tsinghua University sent copies of The Story of Art along with its admission letter.
University's President Qiu Yong said in the letter, "reading a good book is like making a good friend. "
"I hope you know how to appreciate the beauty of art, and feel, look for and create beauty in life after reading this book," Qiu said.
Since 2015, Tsinghua University has sent a book as a gift to each freshmen.
