4 trapped, 6 rescued after building collapses in east China

JINAN - Ten people were trapped when a building under construction collapsed in Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province, Saturday morning, rescuers said. Six of them have been pulled out of the debris.
The search and rescue is continuing.
The accident occurred at around 9 am in Shaodong Village of Shizhong District.
