The Chinese PLA Navy diving team joins an emergency medical treatment drill for diving accidents during the RIMPAC 2016 multilateral naval exercises on Sunday. The team administrated simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation for divers in a coma underwater. Since arriving at the RIMPAC 2016 diving base on June 30, the Chinese diving team has conducted exchanges with counterparts from the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. China sent five ships and 1,200 crew members to participate in RIMPAC 2016, which is being held from June 30 to Aug 4 in waters off Hawaii and California and attended by 26 nations.
